    3 month program including strength, conditioning, nutrition and lifestyle guidance all accessible on an app!

  • Phase Two

    You've built your base in Phase 1. Developed balance, strength, stamina & mobility. Now it's time to push further.

     In honor of Deputy Bob Loken of Oakland County Sheriff's Department, we bring you Phase 2.

  • Duration

    Phase One and Two are 12 weeks (three months) long.

  • Demo Videos

    Don’t question whether you’re doing a movement right; along with each movement programmed is a demonstration video showing you exactly how to keep form.

  • Email + App

    Emails of your workouts are sent to you every morning. Access your full workout layout with videos the app.

  • Check-ins

    You’ll hear from us weekly; we want to know how you’re doing, how the programming is and if you need any modifications.

  • Modifications

    Have limited equipment? Not sure how to work through an injury? We’ll happily modify the programming so you can still get the intended stimulus.

  • Warm up →

    From preparation to repairing you for the next day, each workout comes with aligned warm ups and cool downs to prep your muscles and prevent injury.
