I thought there was a good variety of strength training and cardio throughout as well as good focus on flexibility and mobility.

Even with that I always felt good when I was done with the workout like I had accomplished something. I was very pleased with the overall difficulty level for me. I think it helped me improve my cardio as well and the "hard" parts about being K9 ie picking up your dog and throwing him over a fence, carrying them out of the field, working a dog in a bite suite for an extended period of time.
