“So I did the yearly run with my SWAT team and hit the best pace I ever have.

This year we had to split the run bc of road construction. After we split it's at your own pace. My pace this time was just behind the guys who run ultra marathons. I kept a few seconds off of them until the last mile. Legs felt good. Lungs were decent. I had a little stitch right at the end, but all in all it was damn good. Thanks for the program.
