You’ll train with purpose using time under tension, fascia-focused methods, and strategic burnout finishers to enhance symmetry, build muscle, and reduce excess body fat. Programming is delivered through the app—making it easy to stay consistent and execute each session with clarity.

• 8 Weeks of progressive programming
• Barbell required (especially in the first 4 weeks)
• Workouts delivered via app
• Includes fascia stretch methods and burnout finishers
• Full gym access recommended
WHAT TO EXPECT
• Foundational compound lifts with intentional progression
• Targeted hypertrophy for glutes, shoulders, and posterior chain
• Focused development of the glute-ham tie-in and V-taper
